| Abstract: | Статья посвящена рассмотрению некоторых важных направлений совершенствования национальных инновационных систем (НИС): формальные и неформальные институты; инфраструктура, способствующая взаимодействию субъектов НИС; организационно-экономические инструменты стимулирования инновационного развития. Отмечена ключевая роль организационно-экономической составляющей НИС и среды для инноваций, формируемых социальным капиталом, а также важность инновационных экосистем (ИЭС). Обозначены некоторые аспекты развития НИС Республики Беларусь в контексте указанных направлений |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article considers some of the important directions for the improvement of national innovation systems (NIS): formal and informal institutions; infrastructure that promotes the interaction of subjects in NIS; organizational and economic tools to stimulate innovative development. The key role of the organizational and economic component of the NIS and the environment for innovation, formed by social capital, as well as the importance of the innovation ecosystems (IES), was underlined. Some aspects for the development of the NIS in the Republic of Belarus in the context of these directions were highlighted |
