| Abstract: | Рассмотрена система технических нормативных правовых актов, в которой выделены международная, наднациональная и национальная подсистемы, обозначены уровни, очерчены виды и рассмотрены отдельные группы технических нормативных правовых актов. Определены возможности инкорпорации, консолидации и пути кодификации технических нормативных правовых актов. Исследованы проблемы взаимодействия подсистем технических нормативных правовых актов, сформулированы предложения, направленные на сближение структуры Национального фонда технических нормативных правовых актов и Единого правового классификатора |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the system of technical normative legal acts in which international, supranational and national subsystems are distinguished, levels are designated, types are outlined and separate groups of technical normative legal acts are considered. Possibilities of incorporation, consolidation and ways of codification of technical normative legal acts are defined. Problems of interaction of subsystems of technical normative legal acts are studied, the offers directed on rapprochement of structure of the National Fund of Technical Normative Legal Acts and the Uniform Legal Classifier are formulated |
