| Abstract: | Аналізуецца гісторыя і сучасны стан развіцця агульнаеўрапейскай і нацыянальнай мытнай геральдыкі, якая абдымае геральдычныя знакі дзяржаўнай мытнай службы і разнастайных навучальных і грамадскіх інстытуцый (кафедраў мытнай справы ўніверсітэтаў Беларусі, Рэспубліканскага саюза удзельнікаў мытных адносін). Разгледжаны геральдычны сэнс асноўных элементаў мытнай геральдыцы – кадуцэй і ключ. Даследуецца значэнне прыборных колераў мытнай геральдыцы – зялёнага і жоўтага. Характарызуецца гісторыя зменаў ў геральдыцы мытных органаў Рэспублікі Беларусь. Выказваецца дыскусійнае меркаванне аб існуючых гербах сучасных беларускіх мытняў. Робіцца выснова, што на сённяшні дзень увесь існуючы комплекс беларускай мытнай геральдыкі ў цэлым адпавядае традыцыйным геральдычным канонам і працягвае свае развіцце па-за межамі геральдычных знакаў дзяржаўнай мытнай службы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the history and current state of the development of pan-European and national customs heraldry, which covers the heraldic signs of the state customs service and various educational and public institutions (departments of customs affairs of Belarusian universities, the Republican union of participants in customs relations). The research considers the heraldic meaning of the main elements of customs heraldry – the caduceus and the key. The significance of instrument colors in heraldry – green and yellow – is determined. The article describes the history of changes in the heraldry of the customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus. A controversial opinion is expressed about the existing coats of arms of modern Belarusian customs. It is concluded that today the entire existing complex of Belarusian customs heraldry generally corresponds to the traditional heraldic canons and continues its development beyond the heraldic signs of the State customs service |
