| Abstract: | Рассмотрена динамика развития концепции от экополисов к биополисам, от «пустого мира» к «полному миру» с целью остановить деградацию планеты и достичь в этом стабильных результатов. Постоянный экономический рост приводит к массовым столкновениям с ее природными границами, исчерпанию экологических возможностей, потере баланса между человечеством и природой. Проанализирована сущность концепции экологического отпечатка в модели World3 и экологических потенций, которые отвечали бы условиям «полного мира» и устойчивого развития, базируясь на принципах баланса между человечеством и природой, общественными и личными интересами, краткосрочной и долгосрочной перспективами. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the dynamics of the development of the concept from ecopolises to biopolises, from the empty world to the full world with the goal of stopping the degradation of the planet and achieving stable results. Constant economic growth leads to massive clashes with the natural boundaries of the planet, the achievement of the ecological capabilities of the planet, the loss of balance between humanity and nature. The essence of the concept of the ecological imprint in the World3 model and environmental opportunities that would meet the conditions of a complete world and sustainable development on the principles of a balance between humanity and nature, short and long term prospects, between public and personal interests are analyzed. |
