| Abstract: | Актуальность исследования заключается в том, что цифровые технологии создают цифровое общество и формируют соответствующую культуру. Цифровая компонента в совокупности всех этих элементов составляет диджитал-интеллект (искусственный интеллект), базирующийся на интеллектуальной части общества и являющийся приоритетом в развитии четвертой промышленной революции. Последняя осуществляет прорыв в технологической отрасли, от которой зависит конкурентоспособность государств, а ее задачами выступают выявление основных направлений развития цифровых технологий и оценка их влияния на приоритет различных процессов цифровизации в мире. Позитивные аспекты цифровой революции не вызывают сомнений, хотя она оборачивается рисками для глобальной безопасности, появлением криминальных корпораций, террористических организаций, что свидетельствует об обратной стороне технологических инноваций. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The relevance of the research topic is that digital technologies form a digital society, built on digital technologies that form a digital culture. The digital component together constitutes digital Intellect, which is being formed by the intellectual part of society and constituting a priority in the development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The latter is the basis for a breakthrough in the technological industry, on which the competitiveness of states depends, and its task is to identify the main directions of development of digital technologies and their influence on the priority of various processes of digitalization of the development of the world. The positive aspects of the digital revolution are not in doubt, although it turns into risks, global security, the emergence of criminal corporations, terrorist organizations, which indicates the reverse side of technological innovation. |
