| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается влияние цифровой экономики, основанной на IT-революции XXI в., на экономическую политику Республики Корея. Посредством цифровой экономики проводится анализ конкретных явлений, возникающих в экономике и обществе в целом. IT-революция в XXI в. — это не просто прогресс в науке и технике, но изменение обычаев, норм и политики современного общества, вызвавшее переход от аналоговой экономической концепции к цифровой экономической. В Республике Корея в обществе произошли революционные изменения, включая не только планирование и регулирование со стороны правительства, но и идеологическое единообразие В частности, в условиях цифровой экономики возрасла роль частного сектора по расширению разнообразия и открытости, а также либерализации идееологии. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The impact of the digital economy based on the IT revolution of the 21st century on the economic policy of the Republic of Korea is considered in the article. In addition, the specific phenomena that arise in the economy and society as a whole through the digital economy are analysed. IT revolution in the 21st century is not just a progress in science and technology, but a change in the customs, norms and policies of modern society. However, attention should be paid to the fact that it causes a transition from an analogue economic concept to a digital. In other words, revolutionary changes have occurred in society, including not only planning and regulation by the government, but also ideological coherence in the Republic of Korea of the 20th century. In the digital economy in particular, diversity and openness, as well as liberalization and the expansion of ideology, were led by the private sector. It means that in the digital economy, the role of the private sector is increasing. |
