| Abstract: | В статье исследуется эволюция китайско-российских политических отношений. Рассматриваются ключевые политические события в контексте построения дипломатических отношений между Китайской Народной Республикой и Российской Федерацией, которые трансформировались вследствие изменения геополитической обстановки. Автор предпринимает попытку всестороннего изучения и обобщения основных договорных обязательств и форм сотрудничества Китая и России, выяснения доминирующих направлений и перспектив их развития. Обосновывается тезис о том, что вместо формирования альянса две страны все еще ведут переговоры о потенциальных сферах сотрудничества. В статье это явление иллюстрируется с помощью исследования результатов двусторонних встреч президента России и председателя КНР в 2013—2016 гг. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the evolution of Chinese-Russian political relations. Key political events in the context of building diplomatic relations between the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation, which have been transformed due to changes in the geopolitical situation, are considered. The author attempts to comprehensively study and summarize the main contractual obligations and forms of cooperation between the PRC and the Russian Federation and to clarify the dominant trends and prospects for their development. The author substantiates the thesis that instead of forming an Alliance, the PRC and the Russian Federation are still negotiating their potential areas of cooperation. This phenomenon is illustrated in the article by studying the results of bilateral meetings between the President of the Russian Federation and the President of the PRC in 2013—2016. |
