Abstract: | The texture {1120} + {2025} is formed in foils of Bi2Te2,4Se0,6 produced from melt by superfast hardening. Specific electrical resistance, Hall coefficient and differential thermal electomotive force over the range 77—370 K have been studied. Two stages in changing of the electrical properties of fast-hardened foils upon isochronous annealing have been revealed and activation energies have been determined |
