| Abstract: | Статья основана, главным образом, на документах фонда канцелярии генерал-губернатора из Национального исторического архива Беларуси в г. Минске. Генерал-губернаторство включало в себя белорусские губернии – Могилевскую и Витебскую, а также Калужскую (с 1823 по 1831 г.) и Смоленскую (с 1823 по 1856 г.) губернии. Фонд содержит разнообразную деловую переписку, в том числе посвященную иностранным подданным, которые проживали на подведомственной территории. Автор классифицирует их по тематике и приводит конкретные примеры по каждой из групп. Дополненные документами региональных архивов материалы канцелярии генерал-губернатора из НИАБ содержат ценные сведения по истории повседневности, связанной с пребыванием иностранцев на территории белорусских губерний. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is mainly based on documents from the fund of the Office of the Governor General from the National Historical Archive of Belarus in Minsk. The Governor-General included the Belarusian provinces – Mogilev and Vitebsk, as well as Kaluga (from 1823 to 1831) and Smolensk (from 1823 to 1856) provinces. The fund contains a variety of business correspondence about the foreign nationals who lived in this territory. The author makes a thematic classification and gives specific examples for each of the groups. The materials of the Office of the Governor General of the NIAB, supplemented by documents from the regional archives, contain valuable information on the daily history of foreigners in the territory of Belarusian provinces. |
