| Abstract: | Роля і месца рэгіянальнай прэсы абумоўлена ўзаемадзеяннем палітыкі мясцовай улады і стратэгій рэдакцый. Гэтае ўзаемадзеянне залежыць ад узроўню развіцця рэгіёна і інфармацыйных патрэб насельніцтва. Ключавымі праблемамі застаюцца: барацьба за аўдыторыю, адмова ад папяровых версій і пераход у інтэрнэт. У згаданых умовах першаступеннае значэнне набывае якасны кантэнт. Аднак рэгіянальная прэса моцна залежыць ад мясцовай адміністрацыі і не заўсёды свабодная ў выбары кантэнту. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The role and place of regional press is conditioned by the interaction of local government policy and strategy revisions. This interaction depends on the level of development of the region and the information needs of the population. The key challenges remain: the fight for the audience, the rejection of the paper version and the transition to the Internet. paramount quality content in the mentioned conditions. However, the regional press is highly dependent on local authorities and are not always free to choose the content. |
