| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the resolutions and decisions of congresses and plenums of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the BSSR as a source of ideological justification for the formation of the Soviet intelligentsia. These provisions formed the basis of the research field of Belarusian scientists when studying the creation of a higher education system and the organization of the educational process. |
