| Abstract (in another language): | A review of studies of the socio-psychological factors of employees’ work motivation is presented in the article. The influence of management style, psychological makeup and functional-role relationships in the team, emotionality as an integral part of the organization’s socio-psychological climate, integrativity or affiliation, performance assessment and organizational culture are analyzed. |
