| Abstract: | В статье содержится анализ инновационной деятельности и выявляются перспективы инновационного развития Республики Беларусь как страны с малой открытой экономикой. Обосновывается, что инновационное развитие страны сопряжено с ростом числа инновационных фирм, стартапов, а также внедрением в них инновационной культуры. Выявляются инструменты экономической политики, направленные на стимулирование инновационного развития и укрепление конкурентных позиций Республики Беларусь в мировой экономике. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article contains an analysis of innovation and identifies the prospects for innovative development of the Republic of Belarus as a country with a small open economy. It is proved that the country's innovative development is associated with an increase in the number of innovative firms, start-ups, as well as the introduction of an innovative culture in them. The instruments of economic policy are identified, aimed at stimulating innovative development and strengthening the competitive position of the Republic of Belarus in the global economy. |
