Abstract: The differential and total cross sections of electroweak quasielastic electron-photon scattering processes in leading order and next-to-leading order were obtained. Characteristics of the processes within the energy range [0.1 − 3.0 TeV] were studied. Numerical analysis was performed. The numerical stability of the obtained values was verified. The best conditions for registering possible effects beyond the Standard Model were determined.
