| Abstract: | Статья посвящена формированию устойчивых позиций для развития Республики Беларусь как субъекта международных отношений. На современном этапе стержень ее национальных интересов – в преодолении разобщенности и гармоничном партнерстве на линии Восток–Запад через реализацию концепции «интеграции интеграций». Концепция приобрела определяющее значение после расширения Евросоюза в мае 2004 г., когда его членами стали сопредельные с Беларусью Польша, Литва и Латвия. Расширение ЕС на восток стало геополитическим вызовом для Беларуси, ознаменовав современный этап их взаимодействия. Республика Беларусь выступает за экономические меры содействия собственной стабильности взамен изжившей тактике получения односторонней выгоды для ЕС, считая, что политизированные отношения наносят вред обеим сторонам. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Formation of stable foundations for the development of the Republic of Belarus as an international actor is in focus. It is agued that the core of the national interest of Belarus is to see the bridging of the current overcoming East-West divide, and foster harmonious partnership between the two consistent with the concept of "integration of integrations". The concept emerged on the agenda in light of the enlargement of the European Union in may 2004, when Poland, Lithuania and Latvia, neighboring with Belarus, became its members. The eastward expansion of the EU became a geopolitical challenge for Belarus, given the present state of its interaction with these countries. The Republic of Belarus gives preference to economic measures that contribute to its greater stability rather than pursuing the outdated tactics of obtaining unilateral benefits from the EU, while avoiding politicization of its relationship that would be harmful for both sides. |
