| Abstract: | В работе исследуются возможности Союзного государства России и Беларуси для усиления экономического, политического и социально-культурного взаимодействия со странами Магриба, значение которых на мировой арене постоянно растет. В данной статье, в силу ее ограниченного объема, были исследованы возможности сотрудничества лишь с Ливией и Алжиром, так как предпосылки и фундамент сотрудничества с ними был заложен еще во времена СССР. В работе были выявлены и обоснованы возможные способы кооперации для получения конкурентных преимуществ в Арабском Магрибе. Практическая реализация этих возможностей позитивно отразится на экономике РФ и Беларуси и усилит их роль на мировой арене. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In this article the author studied the opportunities of cooperation between Belarus and Russia within the framework of the Union State to expand their economic, political and socio-cultural interaction with the Maghreb countries whose importance on the world stage is constantly growing. In this article due to its limited size the author studied the opportunities of cooperation only with Libya and Algeria since the prerequisites and the base of cooperation with them was laid back in Soviet times The main result of the work was the identification of some possible ways for cooperation within the framework of the Union State to gain competitive advantages in Maghreb. Practical realization of these opportunities will affect positively both the Russian Federation and Belarus economies and strengthen their role on the world stage. |
