| Abstract: | В современном мире важность языка межнационального общения неоспорима, поскольку именно язык выступает связующем звеном не только между этническими группами внутри одного государственного пространства, но и между народами и странами в мире. Одним из таких языков-посредников является русский язык. Россия, как историческая родина, наиболее заинтересована в сохранении и дальнейшем распространении позиций русского языка ввиду того, что его употребление способствует усилению позиций и созданию позитивного имиджа страны за рубежом, позволяет выстраивать дружеский диалог с партнерами. В статье показано современное состояние русского языка в Республике Казахстан. Авторы отмечают, с одной стороны, наличие прочной нормативно-правовой основы развития языковой политики в Казахстане, демонстрируют ее постоянное развитие, а с другой стороны, показывают озабоченность русских соотечественников, проживающих в республике и высказывающих свои опасения по поводу ряда новаций руководства Казахстана. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the modern world, the importance of the language of inter-ethnic communication is undeniable, since it is the language that acts as a connecting link not only between ethnic groups within one state space, but also peoples and countries in the world. One of such intermediary languages is the Russian language. Russia, as a historical homeland, is most interested in maintaining and further disseminating the position of the Russian language, because its use helps to strengthen its position and create a positive image of the country abroad and al-lows building a friendly dialogue with partners. The article shows the current state of the Russian language in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author notes, on the one hand, the existence of a solid regulatory framework for the development of language policy in Kazakhstan, demonstrates its constant development, and on the other hand, it shows the existing fears of Russian compatriots living in the Republic and expressing their concerns about a few innovations of the leadership of Kazakhstan. |
