| Abstract: | Техническое регулирование общественных отношений исследуется в рамках особого технического типа социального регулирования, под которым понимается порожденная особой группой общественных отношений система общих и индивидуальных правил поведения, объединенных общей целью регулирования и имеющих специфические механизмы воспроизводства, самосохранения и защиты. Анализируется взаимодействие технического типа социального регулирования с политическим, правовым и религиозно-моральным типами. Рассматривается вопрос о парадигме понимания права, формулируются предложения о совершенствовании единого правового классификатора и регулировании информационно-коммуникационных технологий в форме сводного законодательного акта |
| Abstract (in another language): | The technical regulation of social relations is studied in the framework of a special technical type of social regulation, which is understood as a generated by a special group of social relations system of general and individual rules of behavior, united by a common goal of regulation and having specific mechanisms of reproduction, selfpreservation and protection. The interaction of the technical type of social regulation with the political, legal, religious and moral types is analyzed. The question of the paradigm of understanding of law is considered, proposals to improve a single legal classifier and regulate information and communication technologies at the level of a consolidated legislative act are formulated |
