| Abstract: | Представлены результаты исследования региональных медиа Беларуси с акцентом на проблемах управления, вызванных цифровизацией. Проанализированы причины, по которым редакциям не удается наладить эффективную работу в сети. Результаты исследования показали, что в государственном медиасекторе процесс адаптации газет к цифровой среде идет достаточно медленно. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The paper presents a study of local media in the Belarus with focus on the problems of management, caused by the digitalization. The reasons why the editorial offices are not able to establish effective work in the network are analyzed. The results of the study showed that in the state media sector the process of adapting newspapers to the digital environment is quite slow. |
