Abstract:	На прыкладзе навуковага даследавання іменніка Сярэдняга Пасожжа І. Я. Яшкіна паказаны разнастайнасць і багацце беларускай антрапаніміі, апісана роля іменаслова ў жыцці народа, адзначана неўнармаванасць ужывання ўласных імёнаў і прозвішчаў, а таксама сучасная тэндэнцыя выцяснення спрадвечна беларускіх формаў імені.
Abstract (in another language):	On the example of the scientific study of the onomastikon of the Middle Posozhye I. J. Yashkin the diversity and richness of the Belarusian anthroponymy is showcased, the role of the onomastikon in the life of the nation is described, the use of own names and surnames is irregular, as well as the current trend of displacement of the original Belarusian forms of name is noted. The author notes the irregularity of the use of proper nouns, as well as the modern tendency to displace the original Belarusian forms of name.
