| Abstract: | Механизм государственно-частного партнерства в современных условиях обеспечивает более высокую эффективность реализации экономических проектов за счет объединения возможностей государства и привлечения инвестиционных и инновационных возможностей бизнеса. Одним из актуальных направлений инновационного развития в современных условиях является развитие кластеров как составляющих роста конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. Механизм государственно-частного партнерства в аспекте развития инновационных кластеров имеет ряд особенностей, обусловленных факторами и обстоятельствами, рассматриваемыми в статье. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The mechanism of public-private partnership in modern conditions provides a higher efficiency in the implementation of economic projects by combining the capabilities of the state and attracting investment and innovative business opportunities. One of the current areas of innovation development in modern conditions is the development of clusters, as one of the components of the growth of competitiveness of the national economy. The mechanism of public-private partnership in the aspect of the development of innovative clusters has a number of features determined by the factors and circumstances considered in the article. |
