| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается место и роль сотрудничества в сфере науки и техники в китайско-российских партнерских отношениях стратегического взаимодействия. Автор изучает эволюцию научно-технического сотрудничества между Китаем и Россией в 2003—2018 гг. в целях выявления особенностей развития научно-технического взаимодействия в истории двусторонних отношений и расширения собственного научного потенциала обеих стран. Выбор хронологических рамок обусловлен тем, что Китай и Россия в XXI в. столкнулись с проблемой модернизации экономической структуры, в процессе которой вклад науки и техники в экономическое развитие играет ведущую роль. Поэтому именно на этот период пришлось интенсивное развитие двусторонних отношений в области науки и техники. На основе исследования государственной внешней политики Китая и России по вопросам научно-технического развития и двустороннего сотрудничества в сфере науки и техники автор перечисляет достижения в данной области за последние 15 лет, формулирует периодизацию развития научно-технического взаимодействия в исследуемый период, а также излагает проблемы, которые обозначились в процессе сотрудничества и влияют на дальнейшее развитие двустороннего взаимодействия. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the place and the role of cooperation in the field of scientific c and technological development and research in the Sino-Russian partnership of strategic cooperation. The study of the evolution of scientific c and technical cooperation between China and Russia in 2003—2018 makes it possible to clarify the main features of development of scientific c and technical cooperation in the history of bilateral relations and the expansion of scientific c potential of both countries. The choice of the time framework is determined by the fact that China and Russia in the 21st century faced the problem of modernisation of economic structures, in which the contribution of science and technology to the economic development plays a leading role. In this regard, the study period saw the intensive development of bilateral relations in the field of science and technology. Based on the study of the state foreign policy of China and Russia on scientific c and technical development and bilateral cooperation in this area, the author lists the achievements in this field over the past 15 years, formulates the periodisation of scientific c and technical cooperation in the study period, as well as outlines the problems that emerged in the process of the cooperation that affect the further development of bilateral cooperation. |
