Abstract:	Социальная биоэтика ставит и решает этические и социально-медицинские проблемы улучшения как отношений между врачом и пациентом, так и качества жизни. Чтобы поддержать полноценность и правильность медицинских действий в условиях ограниченной свободы и избежать этических несоответствий в период лечения заключенных, целесообразно тщательно исследовать взаимосвязи: медицина–мораль–пенитенциарные медицинские учреждения – общество. Точкой опоры является выявление теоретических проблем социальной биоэтики для эффективного использования в процессе духовного консультирования заключенных. Осознание важности исследуемого предмета, независимо от социальных условий, будет способствовать созданию полидисциплинарной парадигмы, посвященной духовному консультированию заключенных.
Abstract (in another language):	The problems of social bioethics still remain appropriate research elements in all areas. In medicine, various measures to solve ethical, medical and social problems, which improve both physician-patient relationships but also the quality of life are being taken. To support medicine in the deprived of freedom area and to avoid ethical inconsistencies during the medication period it is appropriate to study the interconnections between medicine - moral - medical penitentiary institutions - society. The research is framed by the identification of theoretical problems of social bioethics for affective use in the process of spiritual counseling of prisoners. Awareness of the importance of the subject under study, regardless of social conditions, will contribute to the creation of a multidisciplinary paradigm dedicated to spiritual counseling of prisoners.
