dc.description.abstract	На примере разработки Стратегического плана устойчивого развития Минска на период до 2020 г. показаны основные элементы и этапы социального проектирования развития городов: создание целевого многопрофильного авторского коллектива, выработка структуры проектного документа, обновление концепции, разработка комплексного прогноза, оценка шансов и рисков, выявление конкурентных преимуществ, определение приоритетных направлений дальнейшего городского развития и их конкретизация в системе кратко-средне-и долгосрочных проектов.
