| dc.description.abstract | В работе рассматривается процесс эволюции ноосферы как наиболее активной планетарной оболочки на современном этапе развития человеческой цивилизации. С этой точки зрения изучается система инфокоммуникационных технологий в качестве необходимого и закономерно возникающего компонента ноосферы. Она позиционируется как глобальная по масштабам система отражения, превращающая Землю в субъект космической эволюции. Возникновение и функционирование общепланетарной системы отражения с необходимостью приводит к существенным изменениям познавательной деятельности человека. Одним из важнейших изменения подобного типа выступает трансформация языкового мышления как основы собственно человеческого типа отражения объективной реальности. | |

The emergence and functioning of the planetary system of reflection necessarily leads to significant changes in human cognitive activity. One of the most important changes of this type is the transformation of language thinking as the basis of the actual human type of reflection of objective reality. | |
