| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis and generalization of accumulated data a system approach to the assessment of ecological and socioeconomical consequences of transformation of drained peat soils into mineral ones is proposed. An original approach to the calculation of the degradation of drained peat soils used in agricultural production is substantiated. |
