| Abstract: | Рассмотрены вопросы адаптации студентов I курса химико-технологических специальностей в Белорусском государственном технологическом университете к требованиям высшей школы на современном этапе. Обобщен опыт преподавания дисциплин «Теоретические основы химии» и «Неорганическая химия» на кафедре общей и неорганической химии, проведена оценка самостоятельной работы студентов. Отмечено, что использование таких элементов Болонской системы, как тестирование, модульно-рейтинговая система оценки знаний, является проблемным на первом году обучения в вузе, поскольку большинство студентов I курса не обладают достаточным уровнем подготовки по химии, не умеют работать самостоятельно с литературой, грамотно вести конспекты. Указано на важную роль в учебном процессе усиления в работе контролирующей и консультирующей функций преподавателей, активизации самостоятельной работы студентов и на особенную актуальность этого для иностранных студентов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The adaptation of the first year students training in chemical engineering specialties to the present demands of high school is considered in the paper. Students of the General and Inorganic Chemistry Department at the Belarusian State Technological University study courses of Theoretical Foundations of Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry. It is noticed that the use of such elements of the Bologna training system as testing and the module-rating system of knowledge control find some problems specific to the first year students. This is stipulated by not sufficient level of training, the absence of the ability to work independently with the literature and to make notes competently. The important role of the increased supervisory and consulting functions of teachers and the enhancement of the students’ independent work, which is especially important for foreign students, is emphasized. |
