| Abstract: | Рассмотрен опыт организации учебной деятельности в малых группах на кафедре высокомолекулярных соединений БГУ. Обучение в группах с элементами сотрудничества в наибольшей степени отвечает специфике преподавания дисциплин специализации. Отмечено повышение успеваемости, мотивации студентов к предмету, увеличение активности на занятиях, улучшение психологического микроклимата, формирование взаимопомощи. Установлено различие величин вклада каждого студента в общий результат групповых лабораторных работ исследовательского характера с логической преемственностью. Определены проблемы оценки деятельности каждого студента в процессе группового обучения и предложены методы их решения. |
| Abstract (in another language): | An experience of organization of teaching and learning in small groups at the chair of High Molecular Compounds of the BSU is considered. Teaching in small groups with the elements of cooperative learning corresponds with the specific of a special discipline teaching to a greatest extent. Students can learn to collaborate with one another, develop interpersonal awareness, negotiate meanings, debate about a subject and challenge accepted ideas that they have heard in lectures or read in the literature. As a result of such approach good progress in studies, student motivation to a subject, increase in activity, improvement of psychological microclimate, formation of mutual aid has been noted. A difference of each student input into a common result of laboratory work of a research character with logical succession has been established. However, a certain complications have arisen to evaluate the activity of each student during group learning. |
