| Abstract: | Методом рН-метрического титрования изучен процесс комплексообразования 2-(4,6-ди-трет-бутил-2,3-дигидроксифенилсульфанил)пропионовой кислоты с ионами Cu(II) и Ni(II), определен состав комплексов (M(II) : L = 1 : 1) и константы их устойчивости в водно-этанольном растворе. Определены физико-химические характеристики синтезированных комплексов, а также состав и геометрия их координационных полиэдров. Проведена оценка уровня антимикробной активности комплексов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The complexation of 2-(4,6-di-tret-butyl-2,3-dihydroxyphenylsulfanyl) propionic acid with Cu(II) and Ni(II) ions was studied using the method of рН-metric titration, сomposition of complexes (M(II) : L=1 : 1) and their stability constants were determined in ethanol-water solution. Physico-chemical characteristics of the synthesized complexes, as well as the composition and structure of their coordination cores were determined. The level of antimicrobial activity of the complexes was estimated. |
