| Abstract: | Исследовано влияние легирования переходными металлами (марганцем или хромом) стеклообразных полупроводников As2S3 на прозрачность стекол в ближнем и среднем ИК-диапазоне спектра. Проанализированы изменения основных полос примесного ИК-поглощения, которые следует учитывать при использовании стекол, легированных переходными металлами в ИК-оптическом приборостроении. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In this paper the influence of transitional metals (manganese or chromium) doping on the transmittance of As2S3 chalcogenide glasses in the near and middle IR spectral range was investigated. The changes in the main absorption bands in the IR spectra of admixtures were analyzed that have to be taken into account in the IR optical devises instrumentation. |
