| Abstract: | Изучена кинетика катодных процессов электрохимического осаждения меди из цитратного электролита на стальную и чугунную основу. Установлено, что при осаждении меди на стальную основу перенапряжение в начальный момент времени на 100 мВ превышает значение при осаждении меди на медную подложку. На основе потенциостатических и потенциодинамических исследований выявлена природа лимитирующей стадии катодного процесса. Определены кинетические параметры катодного процесса (плотность тока обмена, коэффициенты a и b уравнения Тафеля, кажущиеся коэффициенты переноса). |
| Abstract (in another language): | The kinetics of cathodic processes at the electrochemical copper deposition from citrate electrolyte on a steel substrate has been investigated. It was found, that overpotential at the initial time of copper deposition on steel is 100 mV higher than in case of copper deposition on copper. On the basis of potentiostatic and potentiodynamic researches the nature of the limiting stage of the cathodic process has been determined. The kinetic parameters of the cathodic process (exchange current density, the coefficients a and b in the Tafel equation, apparent coefficients of transfer) have been determined. |
