| Abstract: | The possibility of electrodeposition of solid solutions in system Pb-Se-Te from aqueous acidic solutions, containing Se(IV)1 Te(IV) and Pb(II), has been demonstrated. It is found, that periodic mode of electrodeposition permits to obtain multilayer periodic structures PbSe1-xTex/PbSe1-yTey with periods Δ=2,5 -10 nm. |
