Abstract: The calculation method of electrodynamic characteristics of a half-wave symmetric dipole arranged above a grid screen is examined. This method is based on the solution of Pocklington’s integral equation. The demonstrated results of analysis allow to evaluate properties of the grid screen depending on the size grid cell, the thickness conductor and the distance between dipole and the screen.
