| dc.description.abstract | Anew version of the theoretical partial-region method for opened resonance and waveguide systems is considered on the example of the volume cylindrical cavity with cross-circular fissure. A possibility to describe these systems with one scalar field function corresponding to H- or E-polarization is substantiated.
