| Abstract: | The aim of this research is to analyze prospects for initiating a bankruptcy procedure of individuals not engaged in business, in to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Scientific novelty of the research is that it is the first in the Republic of Belarus made a legal analysis of the foreign of bankruptcy proceedings model citizens with positions of national legislation. The author's conclusions may have fundamental meaning for the development of scientific debate and be reflected in the rulemaking |
