| Abstract: | In this research the risk management of transactions of mergers & acquisitions was studied. The motives of M&A transactions and their profits for companies were indicated, the steps of the transaction itself and its risk management was described; also an optimal model of M&A risk management was developed, it included different approaches and methods of both corporate management and mathematical modelling |
