Abstract

We propose to apply an engineering approach to design organizational and technical component of environmental management system. We established three steps in designing the organizational and technical component and we applied approaches used at the quality management for solving the problems. One of the innovations is to adapt the FMEA-analysis for identify the significant ecological aspects which leads to applying the different management degrees of processes which influence to environment
