| Abstract: | The place of Zelva belonged to number of privately owned places of Belarus. Since XVII centuries its owner was chancellor of Grand duchy of Lithuanian Lion Sapega. The population of Zelvy had a positive gain, it was also the natural gain, and connected with arrival new inhabitants.
