| Abstract: | The work is devoted to an estimation of proteolytic activity of class G immunoglobulins in patients with acute and chronic pyoinflammatory diseases. It is revealed, that in patients who suffer from chronic osteomyelitis, acute pyoin- flammatory diseases the level of BAPNA-amidase (similar on trypsinum) activity of immunoglobulins is authentically higher, than in patients without purulent processes and in donors. The association of BAPNA-amidasa activity of immunoglobulins with a kind of the agent of purulent process, the expression of inflammatory reaction, and the duration of stay of the patient in a hospital is revealed |
