| Abstract: | In the present work some features of patients with biliopancreatoduodenal tumors, treated at the general surgery department, are evaluated. The most frequent tumors were pancreatic ones. Diagnosis before hospitalization was right in only 11,43% of cases. Biliary decompression was made in most patients, but special treatment wasn’t indicated in 44,44% of patients and radical surgery was possible in only 11,11%. The median overall survival was 8 months. |
