| Abstract: | The selection of antibacterial therapy under conditions of limited budgetary financing of health care and an increase in antibiotic resistance in major pathogens causing acute intestinal infections is an urgent problem. In this paper an attempt is made to compare the efficiency and cost of the use of amikacin and ceftriaxone as a causal treatment of intestinal infections. The data obtained have clinical and economic value and are available for use in medical practice |
