Abstract

There has been carried out the hygienic assessment of the weather conditions influence on the air pollution and the population’s health in Gomel. There has been established the period the increase in number of days in a year with irritating type of weather in the period 2003-2011. For the first time in the period of 2011 there is a sharp type of weather. The adverse weather conditions promote the combined emission of air pollutants. The coefficient reflecting ability of city self-cleaning from polluting substances decreases, especially in a warm season
