| Abstract: | Medications of NSAIDs are often the objects of chemical-toxicological analysis. Microcrystoscopy is used as a confirmatory method in chemical-toxicological laboratory. We have suggested determination of aspirin, ibuprofen and indomethacin with the help of this method, involving the separation of reaction products in crystalline form with concentrated mineral acids. All the reactions are reproducible and can be used in chemical-toxicological analysis, including the research of bioliquids |
