Abstract

The object of the study is a group of 31 men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and have received hormone therapy. The study is based on the data of periodical physical, laboratory and instrumental examination of the patients and the analysis of health-related quality of life in this group of patients. The tendency of growth of glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides and other indices was revealed in this group of patients, as well as dyspnea, sweating, loss of muscle mass with an increase in body weight, decreased libido, and gynecomastia
