Abstract: As part of the optimization technologies to produce a powder for plasma spraying on the basis of ZrO2 - 12-15%Yb2O3 with a maximum content of the tetragonal phase and thermal barrier coatings (TBC), based on them, created gradient TBC with a smooth change of physical and mechanical properties of materials by air plasma spraying (APS) and vacuum (VPS), and also created a set of equipment for their application
