| Abstract (in another language): | The purpose of this study - preliminary identification of non-annotated promoter regions of the hybrid gene RUNX1/RUNX1T1. We performed bioinformatic prediction of potential promoter regions localization. Verifications of transcriptional activity the regions was verified by PCR. We have built bioinformatic model of promoter regions of RUNX1/RUNX1T1 gene and demonstrated of transcriptional activity for the four segments of the genome that were not previously documented as promoters |
