| Abstract: | The work studies computer models of ultrasonic waveguide systems for minimally-invasive surgery and vibratory system of acoustic dental scaler. Modeling is implemented by means of finite element method using ANSYS software. Validity of results obtained by means of finite element method is confirmed by comparing them to the experimental data. Experimental studies are implemented using induction sensors based on Villari effect |
