Abstract (in another language): The effect of adsorbed oxygen on the conductivity of laser evaporated copper phthalocyanines – poly-styrene films of with variable surface topography was studied using the method of cyclic thermodesorption. The results are interpreted in terms of a two-lewel hopping conductivity model. Microscopic parameters of the electron hopping transport (the radius of electron localization in the intrinsic and impurity states and the concentration of localization centers) are evaluated. The region of oxygen concentration in which the electron transport proceeds by hopping via intrinsic states, or impurity localized electron states, or a combined system involving the states of both types are determined
