Abstract: The analysis of results of researches has shown that industrial sewage and their deposits of Berezovsko of industrial complex on manufacture of cheeses contain significant amounts of valuable organic components which can be used as fertilizers for farmland. The content of organic substance made 78,8 – 79,9%. The microbiological structure of a precipitation of sewage differs the maintenance of a large number of opportunistic microorganisms from this. Enterobacteriaceae: E.coli (10^5–10^7 CFU/g), Kl. pneumoniae s. pneumonia (10^3–10^7 CFU/g), Citr. feundii (10–10^3 CFU/g), Citr. diversus (2 • 10^6 CFU/g), Ent. cloacae (10 CFU/g), Pr. vulgaris (10^2–10^5 CFU/g), Morg. morganii (10^3 CFU/g). Modeling experiment showed that entering into the soil of a crude sewage sludge of Berezovsky cheese factory (without a preliminary composting) will lead to deterioration of sanitary and bacteriological indicators in the fertilized soil. Sanitary indicators of the soil after introduction even small doses of sewage sludge (1,2 t/hectares and 3,2 t/hectares) worsened and ceased to correspond to shown requirements
