Abstract (in another language): | Objective – development of optimal modes of sputtering process and study of the structure, composition, properties and performance (friction coefficient, wear resistance ) of nanostructured coatings Ti–Zr–Si–N. In the process, by means of electron microscopy in conjunction with electron diffraction, Rutherford backscattering, indentation combined with optical microscopy composition, structure and tribomechanical properties of nanostructured coatings Ti–Zr–Si–N where studied. As a result coatings with high performance where created, optimal modes of sputtering process wher developed. On a wide variety of metals, alloys and products made of them where demonstrated a real improvement of the performance, fatigue resistance during prolonged cyclic loading, wear resistance. Improvement of these characteristics significantly increases the reliability and life of the products. Preliminary results of the acquisition of new nanocomposite protective coatings have shown their high importance and perspective and purposefully allow to obtain products with high performance |
